#PledgeforParity this International Women's Day!
This year, International Women's Day (IWD) aims to celebrate the achievements of women by urging leaders to take pledge and help accelerate gender parity in their organization/institution and the world. Among those who participated IWD's Pledge For Parity campaign is our very own Carolinian Circle of Young Diplomats (CCYD).
CCYD's theme logo is created by Lady Exemplar Hon. Julli Anne Aurelia
ABOUT THE THEME
We chose the theme ‘Encompass: Transcending Borders, Actualizing Vision’ because the time is ripe for CCYD to tread new lengths of fostering excellence, honing leadership, strengthening commitment, and spreading evangelization to create positive and significant change felt not only among its members but extending its reach to the community. For the organization, going that extra mile for the betterment of our society means seizing every opportunity that promotes holistic growth conceived as the attainment of the conditions most conducive to the full development of the human personality.
It reflects our hearts’ full of excitement to broaden our cultural horizons and to give valuable service to the community. It also serves as our inspiration in broadening and strengthening linkages to promote and foster international understanding, cooperation, and world peace starting in the grassroots level.
